Krijg jij energie vanafwisseling, samenwerken én het versterken van gezinnen? Dan is deze rol als sociaal werkerjeugd in het sociaal team Gouda jou op het lijf geschreven. Dit ga je doenAls sociaal werker jeugd werk je in een multidisciplinair team en ben je een belangrijke schakel in hetleven van gezinnen die tijdelijk ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je biedt kortdurende hulp en kijkt samenmet het gezin én hun netwerk naar wat nodig is om weer zelfstandig verder te kunnen. De hulpvragen zijn net zo divers als jouw werkdag. De ene keer help je een kind bij het ontwikkelenvan sociale vaardigheden, de andere keer ondersteun je ouders bij opvoedvragen. Als schoolcontactpersoon denk je mee met de internbegeleider en houd je een spreekuur op school voor ouders enkinderen. Je werkt oplossingsgericht en systeemgericht, met altijd één doel voor ogen: het vergroten vanzelfvertrouwen, veerkracht en zelfstandigheid.
