Vacature Sociaal Werker Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire SamenWaard zoekt Sociaal Werker Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire (KOT) (24-36 uur) Wat ga je doen? De gemeente Hoeksche Waard zoekt een sociaal werker voor de casussen toeslagaffaire. Er zijn mensen die gedupeerd zijn door de belastingdienst en daardoor in de problemen zijn geraakt. Dit kunnen uiteenlopende problemen zijn zoals financiën, wonen, zorg, gezin en werk. De gemeente biedt deze mensen brede ondersteuning door ze te koppelen aan een casusregisseur van SamenWaard. De specifieke hulp die iemand nodig heeft, verschilt per persoon en per gezin. Samen kijk je naar de behoefte en de hulpvraag van de gedupeerden. Je luistert, kijkt mee en helpt hen om weer grip te krijgen op hun leven. Je maakt samen een plan van aanpak en betrekt waar mogelijk het netwerk van familie of vrienden. Soms bied je de begeleiding zelf aan en soms schakel je andere hulp in. Jij bent de regisseur. Werkzaamheden: - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van gedupeerde ouders en kinderen op verschillende leefgebieden, zoals financiën, huisvesting, zorg, opleiding en werk; - Voeren van psychosociale gesprekken en bijdragen aan het emotionele herstel van de gedupeerde; - Vervullen van de rol van casusregisseur en het coördineren van passende ondersteuning en dienstverlening.;; - Samenwerken en afstemmen met collega-dienstverleners en betrokken ketenpartners om integrale ondersteuning te bieden ; - Herstellen van vertrouwen bij gedupeerde door een mensgerichte, betrokken en onbevooroordeelde begeleiding. Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om je professionele oordeel te gebruiken. Geen gedupeerde is hetzelfde, dus iedere oplossing is maatwerk. Waar kom je te werken?
