Er staan twee sterke specialisten die de campagnes draaien. Wat er nog mist, is iemand die het geheel naar een hoger niveau tilt. Iemand die niet alleen meedraait, maar ook denkt: hoe pakken we dit als afdeling aan? Dat ben jij. Of dat word je: ben je nog geen senior, maar heb je wel de ambitie en het potentieel, dan groei je bij ons door naar die rol. - Bouwen aan Social Ads. Je bepaalt mee hoe Social Ads zich ontwikkelt: welke diensten we aanbieden, hoe we werken en waar we over een jaar staan. - Processen neerzetten. Campagnestructuur, testaanpak, rapportages, kwaliteitscontrole: jij bedenkt hoe het beter en slimmer kan, en zorgt dat het ook echt zo gaat werken. - Zelf aan de knoppen. Je bent geen collega die alleen plant en vergadert. Je beheert je eigen klanten en campagnes op alle social platforms, met Meta, TikTok en LinkedIn als belangrijkste kanalen. - Collega's beter maken. Je bent de inhoudelijke trekker van het team. Je coacht je twee collega's, deelt kennis en zet de standaard voor kwaliteit. Zonder hiërarchie, gewoon omdat je weet waar je het over hebt. - AI slim inzetten. Bij ons is AI geen hype maar dagelijkse praktijk. Je onderzoekt hoe AI Social Ads sneller en beter maakt, van creatives tot analyse. - Klanten adviseren. Je bent sparringpartner voor klanten en vertaalt data naar concreet advies dat ze verder helpt. 02 Wat je meebrengt - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met social advertising, het liefst aan bureauzijde - Diepgaande kennis van Meta, TikTok en LinkedIn Ads, inclusief tracking, conversie-API...
