Fulltime Groningen · Social Ads Specialist Je draait geen ads. Je bouwt vraag. Social hier gaat niet over creatives posten of CPM's verlagen. Het gaat over winstgevend schalen op Meta, TikTok en Pinterest - en jij stuurt daar actief op. Over de rol Je bent verantwoordelijk voor social advertising van meerdere e-commerce merken - niet als uitvoerder, maar als eigenaar. Je bepaalt de funnel, de creatives die je test en stuurt direct op resultaat. Korte lijnen, geen lagen, veel ruimte om te bouwen. We werken alleen met merken die willen groeien. Dus jij ook. Wat je doet - Eigen portfolio: campagnes op Meta, TikTok en Pinterest - van opzet tot schaal. - Schalen op marge en ROAS die telt - niet op vanity-metrics of bereik. - Samen met content/creatives bepalen welke hooks en concepten je test. - Data direct vertalen naar actie. Geen rapporten zonder vervolg. - Sparren met klanten en specialisten over de bredere groeistrategie. Wat we zoeken - 1-3 jaar ervaring met social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). - Je begrijpt hoe je campagnes winstgevend maakt - niet alleen druk. - Een scherp oog voor creatives: je ziet meteen wat wel en niet werkt. - Comfortabel met GA4, attributie en pixel/CAPI-setups. - Je denkt commercieel en handelt zelfstandig - geen briefings nodig. - Je denkt in resultaat, niet in taken. Wat deze rol anders maakt Je leert van eigen merken. Niet alleen van klantwerk. Je werkt mee aan onze eigen merken (ETQ Amsterdam, TOV Essentials) - eigen P&L, eigen budget.
