Als Customer Support Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze consumenten én partners kunnen rekenen op goede service. Je denkt verder dan de vraag die voor je ligt, neemt initiatief en zorgt waar mogelijk voor nét dat beetje extra. Fulltime aan de slag, liever wat minder uren of werken op tijden die goed bij jouw leven passen? Je kunt bij ons minimaal 20 en maximaal 40 uur per week werken. Ook werken onder schooltijd behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen als Customer Support Medewerker bij Social Deal? Als Customer Support Medewerker ben jij dagelijks het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en partners. De nadruk ligt op telefonisch klantcontact: je luistert, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord en goed geholpen voelt. Komt er even geen telefoontje binnen? Dan schakel je over naar app- en mailcontact. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Je schakelt met consumenten, partners én verschillende interne afdelingen en kijkt verder dan alleen de vraag van dat moment. Op een platform met miljoenen gebruikers kom je allerlei verschillende en soms complexe situaties tegen. Heb je al ervaring binnen klantenservice? Dan kun je die bij ons volop inzetten. We zoeken geen klantenservicemedewerkers die alleen tickets afhandelen, maar collega's die eigenaarschap nemen, meedenken en klantenservice echt als vak zien. Ook binnen de functie kun je blijven groeien. Zo kun je aanvullende verantwoordelijkheden oppakken rondom bijvoorbeeld klanttevredenheid, complexer uitzoekwerk, het inwerken van nieuwe collega's of als vraagbaak binnen ...
