Waar houd je je zoal mee bezig als stagiair(e) HR/Recruitment bij Social Deal? - Je draait volop mee binnen zowel Recruitment als HR en krijgt steeds meer ruimte om werkzaamheden zelfstandig op te pakken - Samen met onze recruiters verzorg je de eerste selectie van kandidaten: je beoordeelt cv's en voert telefonische intakes - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken met kandidaten. Eerst samen met een recruiter of manager en, zodra je eraan toe bent, ook zelfstandig - Je begeleidt kandidaten door het sollicitatieproces: van het eerste contact tot een persoonlijke afwijzing óf juist het goede nieuws dat we iemand graag willen aannemen - Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten en beheert onder andere onze recruitmenttelefoon, WhatsApp, mailboxen en Recruitee - Je helpt bij stagemarkten en carrière-events en krijgt de ruimte om mee te werken aan onze employer branding en onboarding - Ook binnen HR draai je mee en beantwoord je oa vragen van medewerkers over in-, door- en uitstroom, verlof en personeelsadministratie - Je werkt actief mee aan verschillende HR-projecten en krijgt de kans om onderdelen hiervan zelf voor te bereiden, uit te werken en uit te voeren - Zie jij dat iets slimmer of beter kan?
