Wir suchen ab sofort zur Unterstützung unseres Teams 1 Social Media & Content Creator (m/w/d) Mode im Kopf. Kreativität im Feed. Persönlichkeit vor der Kamera. Du liebst Mode, hast ein Gespür für Trends und Ästhetik und weißt, was Menschen auf Social Media begeistert? Du fühlst dich vor und hinter der Kamera wohl und hast Lust, unsere Marke digital weiterzuentwickeln?

Deine Rolle

Du bist Teil unseres kreativen Teams und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie unsere Mode nach außen und innerhalb des Unternehmens kommuniziert wird. Dabei geht es nicht nur darum, Content zu posten, sondern Ideen zu entwickeln, Trends aufzuspüren, Geschichten zu erzählen und unsere Community kontinuierlich wachsen zu lassen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Content für Instagram, TikTok & Co.

* Content-Produktion vor und hinter der Kamera, von Reels und Stories bis zu Fotos und kreativen Formaten

* Einbringen eigener Ideen für neue Content-Formate und Kampagnen

* Trends beobachten, aufgreifen und für unsere Marke passend umsetzen

* Mit Kreativität und Engagement unser Follower- und Audienzwachstum mitgestalten

* Mode, Trends und neue Ideen innerhalb des Unternehmens sichtbar und verständlich kommunizieren

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Erstellung unseres Newsletters

* Mitdenken, ausprobieren, analysieren und Formate laufend weiterentwickeln

Das bringst du mit

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch mit einer entsprechenden Ausbildung aus den Bereichen Medien, Design, Kunst oder Kommunikation

* Leidenschaft für Mode, Trends und Ästhetik

* Interesse an Social Media und Verständnis für Plattformen wie Instagram und TikTok

* Freude daran, vor und hinter der Kamera kreativ zu arbeiten

* Gespür dafür, welcher Content Menschen anspricht

* Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, neue Ideen auszuprobieren

* Freude daran, unsere Reichweite und digitale Präsenz aktiv mitzugestalten

* Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Ideen verständlich zu vermitteln

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Das erwartet dich

* 10 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche, flexibel gestaltbar bzw. nach Absprache (Rahmenarbeitszeit: MO - DO von 9 - 18 Uhr und FR von 9 - 13 Uhr)

Entlohnung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis EUR 31.500 brutto pro Jahr. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist vorhanden.
