Bij MIES MEDIA draait alles om verfijning, storytelling en strategie. Als Social Media Manager ben jij dé schakel tussen onze klanten en onze creatieve studio. Je vertaalt merkidentiteiten naar sterke social concepten en zorgt dat elke post, reel of TikTok klopt: zowel inhoudelijk, als visueel en strategisch. Je werkt nauw samen met onze fotografen en videografen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces: van strategie en contentplanning tot het aansturen van shoots, publicatie en analyse. A DAY IN THE LIFE Je dag begint met een koffietje en overzicht creëren: je checkt alle klantaccounts, werkt je mail bij en opent de contentkalender. Je bepaalt je prioriteiten en maakt een planning voor de dag. Wanneer onze fotograaf nieuwe foto's aanlevert voor een klant, ga je direct aan de slag met de feed voor de komende periode. Je plant de posts in, schrijft pakkende captions en zorgt dat alles visueel én inhoudelijk klopt. Daarna start je met de voorbereidingen voor een shoot. Maar voordat je inspiratie gaat verzamelen en een moodboard en shotlist uitwerkt, duik je eerst nog even in de cijfers van de verschillende kanalen. Wat werkte afgelopen kwartaal goed? Waar kunnen we bijsturen? Die inzichten neem je direct mee in je concept. Vervolgens schrijf je een briefing die zo duidelijk is dat creators precies weten wat er verwacht wordt, met ruimte voor creativiteit, maar onder jouw regie! Na een gezellige lunch met collega's staat er een strategiesessie met een nieuwe klant op de planning. Je vertaalt zijn identiteit naar een toepasbare social strategie, denk daarbij aan tone of voice, beeldtaal en passende kanalen. Aan het einde van de dag neem je nog één keer de callsheet door voor de shoot van morgen. Zijn alle props geregeld, staat de planning strak, weet iedereen wat 'ie moet doen? Check. Let's shoot!
