Aufgaben

* Du bespielst unsere Social-Media-Kanäle mit Köpfchen, Kamera und echtem Gespür für Ästhetik

* Du inszenierst Möbel und Deko so, dass der Daumen beim Scrollen automatisch stoppt

* Mit der Community kommunizierst du auf Augenhöhe, mit Humor, Herz und dem richtigen Ton

* Du drehst, schneidest und postest und weißt genau, was wann auf welcher Plattform zündet

* Vom Reel bis zum Karussell beherrschst du das Handwerk und hast den Mut zur eigenen Handschrift

* Du schaltest Anzeigen, liest die Zahlen und optimierst konsequent

* Performance und Kreativität sind für dich kein Widerspruch, sondern ein Team

* Du bringst Ideen, die zu uns passen und manchmal auch welche, bei denen wir kurz schlucken müssen, bevor wir sagen: "Okay, lass es uns versuchen."

* Du denkst Formate, Kampagnen und Kanäle strategisch weiter, nicht nur von Post zu Post

Qualifikationen

* Ein Auge für Ästhetik: du weißt, wie man Deko anordnet, welche Farben harmonieren und welches Foto auf Social Media eine Geschichte erzählt

* Ein Gespür für Trends und Formate: du erkennst, was Content gerade stark macht, bevor es alle tun

* Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, Facebook und TikTok

* Erfahrung vor und hinter der Kamera, ob HTL, Kunstuni, YouTube-Kanal oder jahrelange Leidenschaft: bei uns zählt dein Output

* Eigenverantwortung: du schreibst dir deine To-do-Liste lieber selbst, als auf sie zu warten

* Kenntnisse im Facebook Business Manager und gängigen Social-Media-Tools

* Adobe Creative Cloud Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, Lernbereitschaft reicht uns aber genauso

* Gesicherte Deutschkenntnisse

Als Möglichmacher:in mit entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung, kannst du bei dieser Position mit Jahresbruttogehältern zwischen € 33.068,00 und € 37.464,00 (Vollzeit) brutto rechnen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dein tatsächliches Gehalt individuell im persönlichen Gespräch festzulegen.
