Eis-Greissler ist ein familiengeführter Betrieb, welcher seinen Gästen neben außergewöhnlichen Eissorten aus frischer Milch und qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten einen actionreichen Erlebnispark mit zahlreichen Attraktionen, eine spannende Eis-Zeitreise, einen regionalen Hofladen und mehrere hervorragende Gastronomiebereiche bietet.

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere Eis-Greissler-Manufaktur im niederösterreichischen Krumbach inmitten der wunderschönen Buckligen Welt. 1 Social Media-Manager/in für den Standort Krumbach in Teilzeit und Vollzeit ab 30 Wochenstunden

Aufgabenbereich:

* Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & zukünftige Plattformen)

* Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von kreativem Content mit Fokus auf Reichweite, Interaktion und Markenaufbau

* Eigenständige Produktion von Reels, Stories, Kurzvideos, Fotos und trendbasierten Formaten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Kampagnen für Erlebnispark, Gastronomie, Events, Produkte und saisonale Highlights

* Community Management und aktiver Austausch mit unserer Online-Community Trend-Scouting und Identifikation neuer Social-Media-Trends, Formate und Viral-Potenziale

* Analyse und Optimierung der Performance anhand relevanter KPIs und Insights Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Influencer- und Creator-Kooperationen

* Planung und Durchführung von Content-Shootings im Erlebnispark, in der Produktion und bei Events

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Grafik, Eventmanagement und Geschäftsführung

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Markenpräsenz von Eis-Greissler

Das bringst Du mit:

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Creation oder Digital Marketing

* Leidenschaft für Social Media und ein Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und virale Inhalte

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Video-Content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Schnitt- und Grafikprogrammen (z. B. CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media Advertising von Vorteil

* Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Freude daran, selbst vor Ort Content zu produzieren und Ideen umzusetzen

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätzen während der

Hauptsaison

* Begeisterung für Freizeitparks, Events, Gastronomie und außergewöhnliche Erlebnisse
