Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds (ÖIF) ist ein Fonds der Republik Österreich und fördert Flüchtlinge und Zugewanderte in ihrer Integration. Dafür stellt der ÖIF Integrationszentren in allen Landeshauptstädten, Deutschkurse, Werte- und Orientierungskurse und Integrationsprüfungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus setzt der ÖIF viele weitere Initiativen zur Förderung der sprachlichen, beruflichen und gesellschaftlichen Integration um. Der ÖIF ist auch Ansprechpartner für Institutionen, Organisationen und Multiplikator/innen im Integrations-, Sozial- und Bildungsbereich. Der Österreichische Integrationsfonds sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams: 1 Social Media-Manager/in im Team Kommunikation (40h)

Ihr Aufgabenfeld

* Konzeption, Erstellung und zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung von Content (Text, Bild, Video) zur Stärkung der digitalen Markenpräsenz und Vermittlung zentraler ÖIF-Themen

* Eigenständige Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung, Umsetzung und laufende Optimierung der Social-Media-Strategie des ÖIF

* Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Foto- und Videoproduktionen (z. B. Interviews, Kurzclips, Kampagnensujets)

* Aktives Community-Management inklusive professioneller Beantwortung von Anfragen, Kommentaren und Direktnachrichten

* Laufendes Monitoring und Analyse der Kanal-Performance sowie Erstellung strukturierter Reportings mit Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen

* Beobachtung relevanter Trends und Entwicklungen im Social-Media-Bereich zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Kanäle

* Begleitung von ÖIF-Veranstaltungen auf Social Media (Story-Formate, Live-Elemente, Fotodokumentation etc.)

* Gestaltung und Abstimmung von Visuals und Sujets in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams

* Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Kommunikation

Ihre Kenntnisse

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung; Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Universität) im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet

* Ausgezeichnete sprachliche Ausdrucksweise und Gespür für Gestaltung, Foto und Video

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Photshop, InDesign

* Effektive Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen

* Interesse an Integration und Migration sowie am aktuellen politischen Geschehen

* Kreativität, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, genaue Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke

* Bitte um Zusendung von Portfolio bzw. Arbeitsproben
