Deine Aufgaben:

Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle - Schwerpunkt Instagram, Facebook und TikTok - sowie YouTube, Tripadvisor, Google Bewertungen und Google Unternehmensprofile Entwicklung der Social-Media-Strategie und Planung projektbezogener Kampagnen Content-Planung und -Erstellung - von der Idee bis zum fertigen Post Aktive Mitgestaltung von Fotoproduktionen sowie Videodreh und Schnitt für Reels, Animationen und Kurzformat-Content (teils in Zusammenarbeit mit Produzent:innen) Erstellen der Grafiken und Layouts Verwaltung und Steuerung von Online Ads sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung im Bereich Performance Marketing Community Management - Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer aktiven, engagierten Community Mitwirken bei Blogger- und Creator-Relations Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kampagnenmanagement, Online-Kreation und weiteren internen Stakeholdern Teilnahme an Events zur Content-Generierung vor Ort Abwicklung von Kooperationen mit externen Partner:innen Unsere Erwartungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation o.Ä. 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich - in einem Unternehmen mittlerer Größe oder in einer Agentur Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen sowie ein sicheres Gespür für Performance Marketing und Ad-Management Erfahrung in der professionellen Produktion von Videos und Fotos von Vorteil Leidenschaft für Wein und Kulinarik Kreativität, Trendbewusstsein und ein gutes Auge für Bewegtbild Offene, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität Teamplayer:in Wir bieten dir...
