Ingewikkelde structuren of onduidelijke verwachtingen kennen we niet bij Superyoga: we werken nauw met elkaar samen met als einddoel om zoveel mogelijk klanten te bereiken, onze klanten zo tevreden mogelijk te maken en zelf aan het einde van de dag met een tevreden gevoel naar huis te gaan. Superyoga is hét yogaplatform van Nederland en België, en sinds 2022 zijn we ook actief in Duitsland. Met ruim 250.000 tevreden klanten, vele positieve klantreviews, 27.000 volgers op Instagram, mooie samenwerkingen en enthousiaste zakelijke klanten kunnen we met trots zeggen dat we niet alleen de grootste yoga webshop van Nederland en België zijn, maar ook het meest complete platform voor alles rondom yoga, meditatie en een gezonde lifestyle. Sinds kort hebben we daar bovendien onze eigen online omgeving aan toegevoegd: Studio Superyoga, met een breed en professioneel aanbod aan yoga-, pilates- en stretchlessen. Als Medewerker Klantenservice & E-commerce heb je een afwisselende rol met twee zwaartepunten. Je grootste én belangrijkste taak is de klantenservice: jij bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en beantwoordt vragen over producten, bestellingen, leveringen en retouren. Onze chatbot vangt de eenvoudige vragen al af, waardoor jij je kunt richten op de meer persoonlijke, complexe en zakelijke vragen die écht aandacht verdienen. Met zo'n 8.000 binnenkomende e-mails per jaar, verdeeld over Nederlandse en Duitse klanten, is geen dag hetzelfde. Daarnaast pak je een aantal terugkerende beheertaken op in ons e-commerce platform. Denk aan het opschonen van het assortiment, het beoordelen van reviews en het controleren van AI-gegenereerde productteksten. Het gaat om ondersteunende taken die goed te combineren...
