Bij De meedenkers krijg je één duidelijke focus: social media, voor ons eigen merk en voor onze klanten. Van het eerste idee tot de post die live staat, en het rapport dat achteraf vertelt wat hij opleverde.

Je neemt de social media op voor De meedenkers en voor een groeiend aantal klanten. Concreet:

  • Contentcreatie: je bedenkt contentlijnen, schrijft captions en stelt contentkalenders op die passen bij de doelgroep en de tone of voice van elke klant.
  • Foto en video: je trekt mee naar klanten en filmt of fotografeert zelf snelle content met je smartphone, zoals een reel achter de schermen of stories tijdens een event.
  • Uitvoering: je plant in, publiceert en zorgt dat elke post klopt, tot de laatste komma en de juiste tag.
  • Community management: je volgt reacties en berichten op en houdt het gesprek met volgers op gang.
  • Rapportage: elke maand zet je de cijfers op een rij en geef je er duiding bij. Wat werkte, wat minder, en wat passen we aan?
  • Meedenken over strategie: je zit mee aan tafel bij klanten om kanaalkeuze, doelgroep en contentpijlers te bepalen.

Ervaring met social ads op Meta of LinkedIn is mooi meegenomen, het is geen vereiste.

Eén focus: socials

We zoeken een specialist. Iemand die social media door en door kent en daar elke dag mee bezig wil zijn. Grafisch design en complexe videomontages liggen bij onze content- en graphic designer. Websites, drukwerk en professionele fotoshoots lopen via onze vaste partners. Zo hou jij je agenda vrij voor waar je sterk in bent.

Wie je bent

  • Je hebt één à twee jaar ervaring met social media, bij een bureau, in een bedrijf of als freelancer.
  • Je kent Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn en TikTok: welk format waar werkt, hoe het algoritme je bereik beïnvloedt en wat elk kanaal van je vraagt.
  • Je schrijft foutloos Nederlands, kort en helder, en je past je toon aan per klant. Werk je ook vlot in het Engels, dan is dat een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn-bedrijfspagina's en Canva.
  • Cijfers schrikken je niet af. Je ziet het verschil tussen een mooi bereik en echte interactie, en je legt dat helder uit aan een klant.
  • Je neemt de telefoon als iets snel moet en je communiceert open, ook als iets misloopt.
  • Je gebruikt AI als hefboom en weet dat er niets live gaat zonder je eigen check.
