Social Media Specialist (Medior) Fulltime · Amsterdam Ben jij een echte social media addict, ben jij als eerste op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen, en heb jij minimaal 2 jaar hands-on ervaring met social advertising? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dorst & Lesser zoekt een medior Social Media Specialist voor 32-40 uur per week. Wat zijn je werkzaamheden? Als Social Media Specialist help jij merken groeien door het opzetten en optimaliseren van social advertising campagnes én het beheren, faciliteren en activeren van online communities op verschillende platformen. Advertising is het zwaartepunt van deze rol: jij draait zelf de campagnes in Meta Ads Manager en stuurt op resultaat. Daarnaast leg je de verbinding tussen merk en community, werk je nauw samen met de klant en ons content team en neem je de regie in deze samenwerking. De verantwoordelijkheden van een Social Media Specialist zijn onder andere: - Social advertising : je zet zelfstandig campagnes op, beheert budgetten en optimaliseert op basis van data, zodat we de businessdoelstellingen van de klant behalen. Je denkt in funnels, doelgroepen, biedstrategieën en creative testing; - Het maandelijks doorvertalen van de strategie en wensen van de klant in een briefing voor het contentteam. Hierbij pak je het projectmanagement op richting onze studio op het moment dat er content gecreëerd wordt door ons team van content creators en werk je nauw samen met dit team om in het creatieproces de strategie en klantwensen te bewaken; - Maandelijkse social media rapportages maken en analyseren - je vertaalt cijfers naar concrete vervolgstappen; - Strategisch advies uitbrengen op advertising- en contentniveau; - Het onderhouden van de klantrelatie en het beheren van de social media kanalen van de klant; - Het monitoren van social media; wat leeft er op de verschillende kanalen? Hierbij hoort ook het proactief inspelen op de community met het bedenken van inhaker...
