Als sociotherapeutisch medewerker ben je er om deze mensen te helpen en te begeleiden tijdens hun behandeltraject. Vanuit de Oostvaarderskliniek ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt en helpt ze in het vinden van de nodige rust en structuur. Voor onze patiënten kan jij het verschil maken. Één ding is zeker: jouw werk is uitdagend en geen dag hetzelfde. Jij bent er voor de patiënten op jouw afdeling. En voor één of twee van hen ben je ook de persoonlijk begeleider. In onze kliniek behandelen we doelgroepen met o.a. een persoonlijkheid en/of psychotische stoornissen en de verslavingszorg. Als je affiniteit hebben voor een van deze doelgroepen, laat het ons vooral weten. Jouw patiënten komen uit verschillende achtergronden. En stuk voor stuk hebben ze een ander, vaak emotioneel en indrukwekkend verhaal. In jouw veelzijdige takenpakket houd je je onder andere bezig met het: - rust en structuur bieden rond een vast programma van (arbeids)therapie en rustmomenten; - doen van dagelijkse activiteiten; - een spelletje spelen, tv-kijken, eten of even naar buiten; - voeren van gesprekken, helpen waar je kan en bieden van een luisterend oor; - waar nodig de psychiater, psycholoog, geestelijk verzorger of afdelingshoofd inschakelen; - input geven voor patiëntenbesprekingen met de behandelaren en meedenken bij effectieve behandelingen en de vervolgstap voor patiënten; - er zit meer...
