Bouwen aan een nieuw partnership. Binnen Facility Services combineren we onze eigen kracht met de expertise van onze partners. We sturen op wat we willen bereiken en geven onze partners de ruimte om vanuit hun vakmanschap tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Onze facilitaire dienstverlening is volop in ontwikkeling. We brengen diensten, locaties en stakeholders steeds meer bij elkaar en bouwen aan een samenwerking waarin resultaat, partnership en gezamenlijke waarde centraal staan. Als Soft Services Lead speel je daarin een belangrijke rol. Samen met je directe collega ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed portfolio van ruim 30 uitbestede facilitaire diensten binnen onze brouwerijen in Zoeterwoude en Den Bosch en onze kantooromgeving in Leiden. Je kijkt over grenzen van diensten en locaties heen en stuurt op samenhang en resultaat. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? We werken met onze facility services provider ISS in een Vested partnership. Voor HEINEKEN is dit een nieuwe manier van samenwerken en we zijn die nog volop aan het ontwikkelen. We sturen samen op de gewenste resultaten: HEINEKEN geeft richting aan het WAT en de kaders, ISS krijgt de ruimte om vanuit haar expertise invulling te geven aan het HOE. Dat vraagt om stevig partnership. Je geeft richting zonder de uitvoering over te nemen, daagt ISS uit om expertise en innovatie maximaal in te zetten en helpt tegelijkertijd onze eigen organisatie om vanuit dezelfde rolverdeling te werken. Je stapt dus niet in een uitontwikkeld model. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen, nieuwe verbindingen te leggen en de samenwerking en dienstverlening verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen?
