Je komt terecht in een snelgroeiend softwarebedrijf in de regio Brugge. Het bedrijf staat niet alleen bekend om zijn aantrekkelijke werkomgeving, maar ook om zijn warme, betrokken medewerkers. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch en internationaal team.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Software Architect ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen en verder ontwikkelen van de architectuur rond de productionflows binnen de applicatie van het bedrijf. Je combineert een operationele rol met een coachende verantwoordelijkheid in een klein, agile team dat werkt volgens korte sprints. Je gaat samen met software engineers, UX-designers en DevOps-engineers moderne cloud-native oplossingen realiseren. Daarnaast neem je ownership over de productionflows en draag je actief bij aan de verdere technische richting van het platform. Je zet agentic engineering doelgericht in om zowel je eigen productiviteit als die van het team te verhogen. Als coach inspireer, begeleid en stuur je twee teamleden aan, met als doel hun technische en professionele groei te versnellen en hen proactiever te laten werken. Je organiseert sprintmeetings en reviews en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en afstemming binnen het team. Verder bouw je bruggen tussen productmanagement, development en andere stakeholders door nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen, af te toetsen en te onderhandelen over de implementatie ervan. Zo combineer je technische expertise, leiderschap en innovatie om de verdere evolutie van het product mee vorm te geven.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een Master Industrieel/Burgerlijk Ingenieur met een stevige softwareachtergrond en ervaring in het bouwen van schaalbare bedrijfsapplicaties.
  • Je bent technologisch nieuwsgierig en hanteert AI-gedreven ontwikkelmethodes en moderne cloudomgevingen vlot in de praktijk.
  • Je denkt op architectuurniveau mee en kan complexe technische uitdagingen omzetten naar duidelijke en toekomstgerichte oplossingen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en eigenaarschap, durft beslissingen te nemen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer nodig.
  • Je kan mensen en technologie verbinden, werkt vlot samen in een Agile omgeving en weet teams mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je communiceert overtuigend op verschillende niveaus, stelt kritische vragen en leert snel in een omgeving met hoge groeidynamiek.
