Als Software/Automation Engineer in de industrie in Eemshaven werk je aan de besturing van machines en productieprocessen. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke automatiseringssoftware en houdt rekening met bedrijfszekerheid, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. De technische kern van je werk ligt bij PLC-besturingen, HMI-bediening en de koppeling tussen software, sensoren en actuatoren. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de code, maar ook naar het gedrag van de installatie op de werkvloer. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, storingsanalyse en het verbeteren van bestaande besturingen. Daarbij stem je af met operators, onderhoudstechnici en andere engineers, zodat oplossingen aansluiten op het productieproces. Je maakt softwarewijzigingen inzichtelijk en legt technische keuzes vast. Door vraagstukken rond procesbesturing, industriële communicatie en diagnose verdiep je je vakkennis en ontwikkel je een bredere kijk op industriële automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar PLC-software en besturingslogica - HMI-schermen en alarmmeldingen inrichten voor duidelijke bediening - Softwarewijzigingen testen en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling - Storingen analyseren in software, signalen en industriële communicatie - Besturingen verbeteren met aandacht voor veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid - Technische documentatie bijhouden en wijzigingen afstemmen met productie en onderhoud Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van HMI-systemen en affiniteit met SCADA - Inzicht in sensoren, actuatoren en industriële communicatienetwerken - Analytische aanpak bij storingen en zorgvuldigheid bij softwarewijzigingen - Je communiceert helder met engineers, operators en onderhoudstechnici Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltim.
