The posting

Voor onze klant, specialist in vernieuwende moderne software voor de zorgsector, ben ik ter versterking van het huidige interne customer support team op zoek naar een Software & Customer Support Engineer.

Het bedrijf speelt sterk in op de digitalisering in de snelgroeiende gezondheidszorg door het ontwikkelen van constant nieuwe producten (24/7 up and running systemen).

Als Software Support Engineer biedt je ondersteuning in de dagelijkse werking van de klanten van de inhouse software en hun eigen IT-infrastructuur. Je wordt omringd door collega’s waar je steeds beroep op kan doen.

De diversiteit aan vragen van de klant met daarnaast de constante evolutie en innovatie in deze sector vraagt om een zeer flexibele aanpak. Je wordt dan ook constant uitgedaagd om je continu in te werken in de technische nieuwigheden en wettelijke vereisten.

Takenpakket:

  • Je biedt operationele ondersteuning aan de externe gebruikers/klanten, zowel technisch als functioneel (software-, sector-, en puur IT-gerelateerde vragen)
  • Je bent in contact met de klant via telefoon, via e-mail of via remote access
  • Je draagt bij tot het voortdurend verbeteren van de diensten & let dus op bij veelvoorkomende issues zodat deze proactief kunnen opgelost worden langs development zijde

Hybride werkomgeving:

Je werkt een dag van op het HQ in Beveren en een tweede dag kan je kiezen uit twee locaties. Na inwerkperiode kan je indien gewenst drie dagen van thuis werken.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring en/of een zeer sterke interesse in de zorgsector
  • Je kan goed analyserend luisteren, bent communicatief sterk
  • Idealiter ben je tweetalig Nederlands-Frans (indien jouw Frans nog niet op customer service level zit ben je bereid hieraan te werken)
  • Je brengt vertrouwen over naar de klant dankzij jouw focus op duidelijke communicatie en hoge klanttevredenheid
  • Je hebt een stevige basis aan IT kennis (zowel hardware als software). Pluspunt indien netwerkkennis, SQL (database)
  • Affiniteit binnen de zorgsector is een grote troef
  • Ervaring binnen een customer service omgeving is een grote troef
