Memo is een Belgisch, familiaal en innovatief bedrijf dat al meer dan 25 jaar mission critical contactcenteroplossingen bouwt voor o.a. pharma- en enterpriseklanten.

Achter onze dienstverlening zit een eigen technologisch platform, dat vandaag de kern vormt van alles wat we doen. Dat platform bevindt zich momenteel in een strategische transformatie naar MultiQu 2.0: een moderne, cloud-native en AI-gedreven contactcenterstack.

Die evolutie omvat onder andere:

  • Migratie van legacy naar schaalbare cloud-architectuur
  • Integratie met Twilio & Colt voor moderne voice-infrastructuur
  • AI-gedreven functionaliteiten (speech-to-text, intelligent routing, agent assist, summaries)
  • API-first-integraties met Microsoft 365, Atlassian en enterprise tooling
  • Sterke focus op security, ISO 27001 en gereguleerde omgevingen (CSV/GxP)

Ons platform is geen ondersteunende tool; het is de core engine van de business en wordt volledig inhouse verder uitgebouwd.

FUNCTIE:

Als Software Developer kom je terecht in het IT-team onder leiding van de CTO en werk je nauw samen met onze interne ontwikkelaars en externe partners. Je hebt een directe impact op een platform dat dagelijks duizenden klantinteracties verwerkt.

Je bouwt mee aan:

  • De verdere ontwikkeling van MultiQu 2.0, ons interne contactcenterplatform
  • API-first-integraties tussen telecom-, CRM-, finance- en HR-systemen
  • Onze telecom stack (Twilio, Colt SIP trunking)
  • Migratie van legacy naar moderne cloud- en event-driven architectuur
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, security en compliance binnen het kader van onze ISO 27001 ISMS en CSV-vereisten voor klanten in gereguleerde sectoren
  • Samenwerken met collega's en stakeholders via Jira, Confluence (Atlassian) en Microsoft 365

  • Je hebt een IT-achtergrond (bachelor/master informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar professionele ervaring met software development (back-end of full-stack)
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Node.js en TypeScript
  • Je hebt ervaring met React voor het bouwen van moderne, onderhoudbare front-ends
  • Je hebt kennis van REST-API's, webhooks en integratiepatronen
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Git-gebaseerde workflows en CI/CD
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en functioneel Engels

Sterke pluspunten:

  • Telecom- en CPaaS-ervaring met uitgesproken voorkeur voor Twilio (Voice, Messaging, TaskRouter, Studio, Flex)
  • Kennis van SIP, VoIP, contactcenterarchitectuur of IVR-design
  • Kennis van C#/.NET
  • AI-interesse en -ervaring
  • Ervaring met prompt engineering, LLM-integraties of AI-oplossingen
  • Ervaring in een gereguleerde sector met begrip van GDPR, GxP of CSV
  • Vertrouwd met Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) en Microsoft 365 / Azure
  • Ervaring met low-code/automation (Power Platform, n8n, Zapier) als versneller
