**Verantwoordelijkheden:**

- **Webontwikkeling (Focus op Frontend):**

- Leiding nemen in het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van robuuste, schaalbare en gebruiksvriendelijke webapplicaties.

- Ervaring met Umbraco als content management systeem en VUE.js als framework voor progressive webapplications.

- Het realiseren van API-integraties bovenop ons Azure back-end systeem.

- Optimaliseren van performance, beveiliging en schaalbaarheid van webapplicaties.

- Na oplevering het bewaken van het goed functioneren van de systemen, en het up-to-date houden van de onderliggende technologieën

- **UX/UI Design en Creatieve Input:**

- Meedenken met stakeholders over UX-strategieën en het ontwikkelen van gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces die aansluiten bij hun merkidentiteit.

- Actief bijdragen aan het ontwerpproces door wireframes, prototypes en visuele ontwerpen te maken en deze te vertalen naar code.

- **SEO, Marketing Automation en Analytics:**

- Up-to-date met de technische best practices op het gebied van SEO om de online zichtbaarheid en zoekmachineprestaties te verbeteren.

- Up-to-date met de technische best practices op het gebied van analytics implementaties (bijv. Google Analytics).

- Samenwerken met marketingteams om digitale strategieën te ontwikkelen en implementeren die de klanttevredenheid en ROI verhogen.

- **Stakeholder management en klantadvies:**

- Fungeren als de technische en creatieve adviseur voor interne klanten, waarbij je hen inspireert met nieuwe ideeën en innovatieve oplossingen.

- Proactief communiceren over projectdoelen, voortgang, uitdagingen en technische mogelijkheden. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in frontend webontwikkeling.

- Sterke kennis van UX/UI principes en het vermogen om klantgerichte, visueel aantrekkelijke webapplicaties te ontwikkelen.

- Bewezen ervaring met SEO en bewezen succes in het verbeteren van de zoekmachineprestaties van webapplicaties.

- Ervaring met marketing automation tools (bijv. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) en kennis van het integreren van deze tools met webapplicaties.

- Expertise in analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het uitleggen van technische concepten aan niet-technische stakeholders als in het presenteren van ideeën en oplossingen.

- Zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook in staat om effectief samen te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.

- Je bent proactief en oplossingsgericht met een passie voor technologie **en design**.

- Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders om hen te adviseren en te inspireren over technologie, design en UX.

- Je hebt een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands. Frans is een plus!
