Samen met een ervaren en gedreven team ontwikkel je applicaties die onze organisatie vooruithelpen en een tastbare meerwaarde creëren voor onze medewerkers en klanten.

Als Software Developer maak je deel uit van ons Business Applications-team en draag je actief bij aan de verdere digitalisering van onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het team en externe OutSystems Developers aan de ontwikkeling, het onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van onze bedrijfsapplicaties.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. Daarbij werk je aan uitdagende integraties, verdiep je je technische expertise en bouw je waardevolle kennis op van onze bedrijfsprocessen en businessdomeinen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt binnen een Agile team nieuwe applicaties in OutSystems. Daarbij neem je ownership over het volledige technische traject: van technische analyse en ontwikkeling tot testing en deployment. Je werkt nauw samen met IT-collega's die de functionele analyse aanleveren en met verschillende departementen binnen BankB, zodat je oplossingen bouwt die optimaal aansluiten bij hun behoeften.
  • Je ontwikkelt moderne low-codeapplicaties in OutSystems en maakt daarbij actief gebruik van GenAI en MentorAI om je productiviteit, codekwaliteit en ontwikkelsnelheid te verhogen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen. Je zoekt steeds manieren om het nóg beter te doen.
  • Je test je applicaties grondig en zorgt voor duidelijke en bruikbare technische documentatie. Daarnaast lever je de nodige input voor de gebruikersdocumentatie door gebruikt te maken van AI.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in het herontwerpen van onze bestaande legacyapplicaties naar het OutSystems-platform.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert onze bestaande OutSystems-applicaties. Je neemt het technische luik voor je rekening en biedt waar nodig ook ondersteuning aan gebruikers en collega's.
  • Je groeit mee met zowel de functie als onze organisatie. Er liggen nog heel wat interessante uitdagingen en opportuniteiten op je te wachten.

Waarvan worden wij blij?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een ICT-gerelateerde richting. Nog belangrijker zijn echter je motivatie, leergierigheid en ambitie om verder mee te groeien.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als Software Developer. Voor deze functie zien we twee mogelijke profielen: - Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Software Developer in een moderne programmeertaal en ziet de overstap naar low-code ontwikkeling met OutSystems als een nieuwe uitdaging en een logische volgende stap in je carrière. - Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met OutSystems ODC en wil je hierin verder verdiepen en specialiseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitrollen van nieuwe applicaties waaraan je zelf hebt meegewerkt tijdens de ontwikkeling.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je houdt ervan om complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en vertaalt inzichten naar pragmatische en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je organiseert je werk efficiënt, bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken en haalt vooropgestelde deadlines.

Daarnaast beschik je bij voorkeur over kennis van:

  • OutSystems 11 en bij voorkeur OutSystems ODC
  • Mentor en/of andere AI-tools die softwareontwikkeling ondersteunen
  • Reactive Web Applications en mobiele applicaties
  • HTML en CSS
  • SQL
  • REST API's en kennis van gegevensformaten zoals JSON en XML.
  • Agile-omgeving, inclusief sprintwerking
  • Azure DevOps voor planning en opvolging
  • Versiebeheer, bijvoorbeeld Git of Azure DevOps
