Vacature Wil jij besturingen ontwerpen die onze machines laten doen waar ze voor bedoeld zijn? Intelligent, betrouwbaar en slim! Bij Total Productivity is geen project hetzelfde. De ene keer ontwikkel je een complexe PLC-besturing, de volgende keer integreer je een FANUC-robot of SICK vision-systeem. Een ander project draait om de koppeling van gespecialiseerde test- of bewerkingsapparatuur. Juist die combinatie van techniek, maatwerk en afwisseling maakt het werk uitdagend. Onze oplossingen brengen software, elektrotechniek en machinebouw samen. Je werkt onder meer met Siemens PLC's en HMI's en met robot- en visionsystemen. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om technische keuzes te onderbouwen, samen te werken met collega's en klanten en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor een goed werkend eindresultaat. Wat ga je doen? Als Software Engineer vertaal je klantwensen en functionele eisen naar een passende besturingsoplossing. Je ontwerpt en programmeert de applicatie, test de werking en ondersteunt de installatie en ingebruikname. Je werkt gelijktijdig aan een aantal uiteenlopende projecten en stemt regelmatig af met engineering, machinebouw, projectleiding, klanten en leveranciers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Inventariseren en vertalen van klantwensen en functionele eisen naar een technisch-functioneel ontwerp. - Ontwerpen, programmeren, configureren en documenteren van machinebesturingen en bedieninterfaces. - Integreren van onder meer PLC/HMI, robotica, vision, veldapparatuur en gespecialiseerde industriële apparatuur. - Opstellen en uitvoeren van testplannen; uitvoeren van interne tests, FAT en SAT. - Ondersteunen van installatie, inbedrijfstelling, storingsanalyse en aftersales. - Afstemmen van interfaces, veiligheidsvoorwaarden, planning en technische wijzigingen met betrokkenen. - Volgen van marktontwikkelingen en bijdragen aan standaardisatie, innovatie en hergebruik van besturingsoplossingen.
