Jouw impact: van software naar efficiënte productie

Je takenpakket bestaat uit een sterke mix van analyse, begeleiding en ondersteuning:

  • Je leidt klanten op in het gebruik van software voor CNC-gestuurde machines en zorgt ervoor dat ze zelfstandig en efficiënt kunnen werken.
  • Je begeleidt productieopstarts bij klanten en geeft praktische training aan operatoren, zodat processen meteen correct lopen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en volgt deze op van eerste melding tot oplossing, met focus op duurzame en structurele verbeteringen.
  • Je biedt telefonische en online ondersteuning bij machinestilstand of softwarevragen, waarbij je snel schakelt en impact hebt op de continuïteit van productieprocessen.
  • Je ontwikkelt maatwerkprogramma’s en klantgerichte toepassingen, afgestemd op specifieke noden en workflows.
  • Je werkt zowel vanuit kantoor als ter plaatse bij klanten, waardoor je een breed en realistisch inzicht krijgt in productieomgevingen.

Je maakt het verschil door technologie begrijpelijk te maken én ervoor te zorgen dat klanten er maximaal rendement uit halen.

  • Je communiceert vlot en weet technische informatie om te zetten naar duidelijke en begrijpbare uitleg voor klanten.
  • Je krijgt energie van klantencontact en samenwerking, en bouwt spontaan vertrouwen op.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft niet hangen in problemen, maar zoekt actief naar werkbare en creatieve oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief, maar weet ook wanneer je collega’s moet betrekken.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen software, productie en technologie.

Wat je meebrengt:

  • Een bachelor in Houttechnologie of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Een sterke affiniteit met CAD/CAM-software
  • Kennis van AutoCAD, Alphacam, Ardis of gelijkaardige tools is een duidelijke meerwaarde
  • Basiskennis van programmeren (zoals C# of VB.NET) is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je praktisch uitdrukken in Frans en Engels
