Want Stater is verantwoordelijk voor bijna 70% van alle hypotheken in Nederland, van afsluiting tot administratie, van betaling tot beheer. Wij ontwikkelen en leveren hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor de grootste geldverstrekkers van Nederland: denk aan toonaangevende banken en andere financiële instellingen. Onze technologie en expertise zitten in de kern van een van de grootste financiële markten van ons land. Werken bij Stater betekent werken bij een organisatie die er echt toe doet. Niet als bijrol, maar als ruggengraat van de Nederlandse hypotheekmarkt. Over deze functie Wat ga je doen? Binnen team Servicing Compensations bouw je mee aan de dienstverlening rondom vergoedingen bij vervroegde aflossing (VVA) en rentegemiddelde berekeningen. We staan voor een spannende periode: de opzet van een nieuwe .NET-service voor ons productteam, én een herstelactie die flink wat vraagt van je analytische en SQL-vaardigheden. Je komt te werken binnen een team dat de Penalty Calculation Service beheert en herberekeningen uitvoert, productconfiguraties onderhoudt en hypotheekprocessen ondersteunt zoals vervroegde aflossingen, omzettingen, rentemiddeling en andere mutaties waarbij compensatieberekeningen vereist zijn. Je draagt actief bij aan de opzet van onze nieuwe .NET-service binnen het productteam, en ondersteunt met je analytische vaardigheden en SQL-kennis de aankomende herstelactie. Je gaat resultaat- en kwaliteitsgericht aan de slag met vraagstukken rondom VVA-berekeningen, de AFM-leidraad en de aflos-, omzet- en offerteprocessen binnen Stater. Je draagt actief bij aan de opzet van onze nieuwe .NET-service binnen het productteam, en ondersteunt met je analytische vaard...
