DEIN PROFIL

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in PHP und ein solides Verständnis für saubere Softwarearchitektur.

* Du hast Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. MariaDB) und performanten Datenbankabfragen.

* Du kennst idealerweise Frameworks wie Laravel und/oder Symfony sowie Docker oder containerisierte Umgebungen.

* Du bringst idealerweise Verständnis für Skalierung, Performance-Optimierung, Systemdesign und API-Design (z. B. REST) mit.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für stabile und wartbare Systeme.

* Du bringst Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und eine hohe Hands-on-Mentalität mit.

* Du sprichst sicher Deutsch sowie Englisch.

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Du entwickelst und betreibst leistungsstarke Backend-Systeme auf Basis moderner PHP-Technologien.

* Du setzt Anforderungen in saubere, skalierbare Architekturen um, pragmatisch und zukunftssicher.

* Du arbeitest an bestehenden Anwendungen und entwickelst diese technisch kontinuierlich weiter.

* Du bringst dich aktiv in Architektur-Entscheidungen ein und gestaltest technische Lösungen mit.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Frontend- und anderen Teams zusammen, um ganzheitliche Lösungen zu schaffen.

* Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse, hinterfragst Strukturen und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft bei.

* Du achtest auf Code-Qualität, Wartbarkeit, Performance und stabile Abläufe.

* Du unterstützt dabei, moderne Entwicklungsstandards und effiziente Workflows im Team zu etablieren.

* Du arbeitest mit modernen KI-Tools wie Claude Code und OpenAI Codex und nutzt innovative Technologien, um effizienter, smarter und kreativer zu entwickeln.
