The posting

Als Software Engineer ben je betrokken bij het volledige softwaretraject, van ontwerp en ontwikkeling tot testen, commissioning en service. Je werkt aan complexe besturings- en meetsystemen voor unieke onderwatermachines en schakelt daarbij veel met collega's uit andere disciplines. • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van meet- en regelsystemen met MATLAB Simulink. • Programmeren van embedded systemen met C/C++. • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van HMI's binnen een C/C++ framework. • Programmeren en optimaliseren van PLC-besturingen, onder andere met Bachmann. • Testen, inbedrijfstellen en verder optimaliseren van software en besturingen. • Samenwerken met electrical, mechanical en software engineers binnen multidisciplinaire projecten. • Ondersteunen bij commissioning en service op klantlocaties in binnen- en buitenland.

Functie-eisen: Je hebt ruime ervaring binnen software engineering en krijgt energie van complexe technische vraagstukken. Je bent zelfstandig genoeg om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met andere disciplines. Ervaring met offshore systemen is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen maken het verschil. • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau in Informatica, Software Engineering, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting. • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met industriële softwareontwikkeling en procesautomatisering. • Ruime ervaring met MATLAB Simulink en het ontwikkelen van modellen en regelaars. • Ervaring met C/C++ voor embedded systemen en HMI. • Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bij voorkeur Bachmann. • Affiniteit met offshore techniek, onderwatertechniek en complexe machines. • Je bent communicatief sterk, zelfstandig en vindt het leuk om kennis te delen met collega's.
