Als Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering in Bergen op Zoom werk je aan besturingssoftware voor machines en industriële processen. Je past binnen een technische organisatie waar software, elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw samenkomen. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-programma’s en bedienbare HMI-schermen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de code: ook bedrijfszekerheid, diagnosemogelijkheden en onderhoudbaarheid tellen mee bij het ontwerpen van een besturing. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, analyseren en afstemmen. Je bespreekt signalen en interfaces met elektrotechnische collega’s en maakt met andere engineers afspraken over de werking van de installatie. Bij afwijkingen zoek je systematisch naar de oorzaak in software, communicatie of veldcomponenten. Zo verdiep je je in besturingsarchitectuur, industriële netwerken en gestructureerd softwareontwerp, terwijl je werkt aan oplossingen die operators en onderhoudstechnici goed kunnen gebruiken. Functie-inhoud - Functionele specificaties vertalen naar modulaire PLC-software - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en storingsdiagnose - Communicatie tussen PLC’s, aandrijvingen en veldcomponenten configureren en testen - Besturingsfuncties testen en afwijkingen systematisch analyseren - Afstemmen met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige engineers over interfaces - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en bedieningsfuncties documenteren Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Praktische ervaring met het ontwikkelen en testen van PLC-software - Kennis van IEC 61131-3-programmeertalen, zoals Structured Text en Ladder - Inzicht in HMI-ontwikkeling en industriële communicatieprotocollen - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en het analyseren van storingen - Een gestructureerde werkwijze en heldere communicatie met technische collega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3..
