Bij een allround technisch dienstverlener in Dongen werk je als software-engineer industriële automatisering aan besturingen die technische installaties betrouwbaar laten functioneren. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en een bedienbare HMI. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de gewenste werking, maar ook naar storingsafhandeling, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Je combineert softwareontwikkeling met inzicht in elektrotechniek en de processen die je automatiseert. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, documenteren en technisch overleg. Je stemt interfaces en signalen af met elektrotechnische collega's en ondersteunt bij het in bedrijf stellen van besturingen. Door testresultaten en praktijkervaring terug te vertalen naar je software, verdiep je je kennis van besturingsarchitectuur, industriële communicatie en het systematisch oplossen van storingen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar een besturingsopzet en PLC-software - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en storingsmeldingen - Signaaluitwisseling tussen PLC's, sensoren, aandrijvingen en bovenliggende systemen afstemmen - Software testen op proceswerking, vergrendelingen en foutafhandeling - Inbedrijfstellingen ondersteunen en besturingsproblemen systematisch analyseren - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell of Beckhoff - Kennis van HMI-ontwikkeling en de koppeling met PLC-besturingen - Inzicht in elektrotechnische schema's, I/O en industriële communicatie - Een gestructureerde werkwijze bij testen, versiebeheer en storingsanalyse - Je kunt technische keuzes helder uitleggen en afstemmen met collega's Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fullt.
