Als Software Engineer Industriële Automatisering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van softwareoplossingen voor complexe automatiseringsprocessen in de machinebouw. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten waarbij je innovatieve technologieën toepast om industriële processen te optimaliseren. Je functioneert als technisch expert binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams en bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te excelleren. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit: - Het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van softwareoplossingen voor industriële automatisering en machinebouw; - Het programmeren van PLC's, HMI's en SCADA-systemen; - Het opstellen van technische specificaties en functionele ontwerpen; - Het testen en inbedrijfstellen van geïmplementeerde softwareoplossingen; - Het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen; - Het adviseren van klanten over technische mogelijkheden en optimalisaties; - Het bijdragen aan innovatieve ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied.

Binnen deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot Lead Engineer, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor de technische aansturing van grotere projecten. Ook kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als Technical Consultant, waarin je klanten adviseert over strategische automatiseringsvraagstukken. Het bedrijf biedt daarnaast mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in nieuwe technologieën zoals AI-integratie, IoT of cybersecurity binnen industriële systemen.
