Als Software Engineer binnen de machinebouw in de regio Woerden werk je aan de besturing van industriële machines. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en een HMI waarmee operators de machine kunnen bedienen. Daarbij draait het niet alleen om beweging en productievolgorde, maar ook om diagnose, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Je bekijkt hoe software, aandrijvingen en sensoren samen een betrouwbaar werkend geheel vormen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, storingen analyseren en technische afstemming. Je bespreekt interfaces met collega's uit elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw en maakt keuzes die ook tijdens inbedrijfstelling begrijpelijk blijven. Je ontwikkelt je vakkennis door besturingsconcepten te doorgronden, testresultaten te beoordelen en software gestructureerd te verbeteren. Zo combineer je logisch denkwerk met zichtbaar resultaat aan de machine. Functie-inhoud - Functionele specificaties vertalen naar PLC-programma's en besturingslogica - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en storingsdiagnose - Sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen integreren in de machinebesturing - Software testen en besturingsproblemen systematisch analyseren - Ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling en het afstellen van machinefuncties - Softwarewijzigingen documenteren en interfaces afstemmen met andere disciplines Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring met PLC-programmering binnen machinebouw of industriële automatisering - Kennis van een PLC-platform, zoals Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT of Rockwell - Inzicht in HMI-ontwikkeling en industriële communicatie, zoals PROFINET of EtherCAT - Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en storingen methodisch onderzoeken - Je stemt technische keuzes helder af en werkt gestructureerd aan softwarekwaliteit Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring.
