The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Zaandam werk je aan procesoptimalisatie en besturingsoplossingen voor de industrie en energiesector. Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar software die installaties veiliger en efficiënter laat werken. De technische basis ligt bij Siemens Factory Automation en Process Automation, met specialistische kennis van PCS7 en procesveiligheid. Als ervaren software engineer ben je betrokken bij het hele traject: van de eerste inventarisatie bij de klant tot implementatie en oplevering. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je klantcontact met programmeren, testen en het in bedrijf stellen van automatiseringsoplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je projectonderdelen en stemt technische keuzes af met collega-engineers en de klant. Het team werkt met korte lijnen en gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid, zonder strakke scheiding tussen projectfasen. Projecten in binnen- en buitenland geven je ruimte om je kennis van procesautomatisering, besturingstechniek en veiligheid verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Inventariseren van klantwensen en vertalen naar technische softwareoplossingen - Ontwerpen en programmeren van industriële besturingen binnen het Siemens-platform - Testen van besturingssoftware en analyseren van afwijkend procesgedrag - Implementeren en in bedrijf stellen van automatiseringsoplossingen bij klanten - Afstemmen van technische keuzes met klanten en collega-engineers - Documenteren en opleveren van projecten, van inventarisatie tot werkende installatie Functie-eisen - Technische hbo- of wo-achtergrond, of een gelijkwaardig werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring als medior of senior software engineer in industriële automatisering - Kennis van Siemens-besturingstechniek en affiniteit met PCS7 en procesautomatisering - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en actief samenwerken met klanten en collega’s - Analytisch vermogen, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een leergierige houding - Bereidheid om voor projecten tijdelijk in het buitenland.
