Bij een engineeringsbureau in Zwolle werk je aan besturingssoftware voor klanten in de machinebouw en procesindustrie. Je specificeert, ontwerpt en programmeert PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen, zelfstandig én samen met collega’s. Daarbij vertaal je functionele wensen naar een werkende besturing en houd je rekening met bedienbaarheid, storingsdiagnose en de samenhang met elektrische installaties. Je rol loopt van de eerste technische uitwerking tot de inbedrijfstelling bij de eindklant. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met klantoverleg, technische correspondentie en werkzaamheden op locatie. Je stemt keuzes af met collega’s uit andere technische disciplines en helpt bij vragen over software engineering en elektrotechniek. Tijdens het testen en opstarten onderzoek je afwijkingen en werk je aan een betrouwbare installatie. Door die combinatie verdiep je je kennis van besturingstechniek en leer je hoe softwarekeuzes uitpakken op de machine of in het proces. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar specificaties en ontwerpen voor besturingssoftware - PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen programmeren voor machines en procesinstallaties - Besturingssoftware testen en afwijkingen analyseren en oplossen - Besturingstechnische installaties bij eindklanten in bedrijf stellen - Technische keuzes met klanten afstemmen en projectcorrespondentie verzorgen - Collega’s en klanten ondersteunen bij elektrotechnische en softwaretechnische vragen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een verwante richting - Ervaring met het ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van HMI- en SCADA-systemen en hun koppeling met PLC-software - Inzicht in elektrische installaties, besturingsschema’s en industriële signalen - Zelfstandig kunnen werken en technische keuzes helder afstemmen met klanten en collega’s - Bereidheid om op klantlocaties te werken en installaties in bedrijf te stellen Aanbod - Bruto maand.
