Versterk het Use Case Team van Kate, onze innovatieve digitale assistent die dagelijks miljoenen KBC-klanten ondersteunt. Samen met je collega's werk je aan de introductie van nieuwe use cases en slimme functionaliteiten die de klantervaring continu verbeteren.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Als technische specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het team. Je werkt gelijktijdig aan uiteenlopende initiatieven: van gerichte optimalisaties tot strategische projecten die bijdragen aan een slimmere, nauwkeurigere en meer contextbewuste AI-chatbot.

Je neemt ownership over je expertisegebied en waakt mee over de kwaliteit van onze oplossingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met andere Kate-specialisten, de Product Owner en de Scrum Master om innovatieve ideeën om te zetten in waardevolle oplossingen voor onze klanten.

Jouw troeven?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT en een uitgesproken interesse in AI en software. Je houdt van technische diepgang.
  • Je krijgt ruimte om te groeien in je rol en gaandeweg bij te leren, maar deze ervaring en kennis helpen je om vlot te starten:
  • Tech stack: je hebt ervaring in Python en Java.
  • Cloud en infrastructuur: je gebruikt tools zoals AWS, Terraform of Kubernetes.
  • Containers: je werkt met Docker om toepassingen te verpakken en te draaien.
  • AI-integratie: je hebt interesse om met AI-agents en agentic workflows aan de slag te gaan om taken te automatiseren en efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Softwareontwikkeling: je bent vertrouwd met API’s en backend systemen.
  • Net zoals je collega’s werk je graag samen met anderen. Je neemt vlot het initiatief om de juiste mensen te betrekken en een goede oplossing te creëren.
  • Je kan projecten in parallel opnemen zonder focus en kwaliteit te verliezen.
  • Analyseren en problemen oplossen zijn je absolute sterktes. Geen probleem voor jou om functionele vereisten te interpreteren en die te vertalen naar een technisch ontwerp.
  • Je communiceert doeltreffend in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel met IT-collega’s als collega’s in niet-technische functies.
