Luca Stoop [email protected] 06 - 27 52 19 25 / 085 - 401 82 96 Dit ga je doen Als Software Engineer (PLC-programmeur/besturingstechnicus) zorg je voor de besturingssoftware van machines en complete logistieke installaties voor de foodindustrie. Jij vertaalt het gewenste procesverloop naar stabiele, onderhoudbare PLC- en servosoftware en documenteert dit zorgvuldig. Je werkt projectmatig binnen een multidisciplinair engineeringteam, waar mechanische en elektrische engineers samen met jou een werkend totaalconcept neerzetten. Tijdens projecten denk je actief mee over het werkingsprincipe van de machine, zodat de software logisch aansluit op mechanica, elektrotechniek en productstromen. Je levert daarmee direct input voor een efficiënte installatie, minder storingen en beter onderhoud. In deze rol combineer je ontwikkelen, testen en inbedrijfstellen, waarbij je ook regelmatig schakelt met service en buitendienst, want een lijn die stilvalt is bij jullie geen theoretische exercitie maar een belletje in de praktijk. In de dagelijkse praktijk houdt je werk onder meer in: - Ontwikkelen en documenteren van PLC- en servobesturingen voor machines en logistieke systemen. - Testen en verfijnen van de geschreven software, inclusief simulaties en I/O-controles. - In bedrijf stellen van nieuwe of aangepaste besturingen op locatie bij klanten in de foodindustrie. - Nauw samenwerken en afstemmen met mechanische en elektrische engineers binnen het projectteam.
