Ben jij graag bezig met het ontwerpen van slimme software voor machines en procesinstallaties? Als Software Engineer PLC/SCADA bij Brainpact werk je aan afwisselende projecten binnen verschillende industriële omgevingen. Je ontwikkelt maatwerkoplossingen die je uiteindelijk zelf in de praktijk ziet werken. Geen detachering, maar samenwerken vanuit ons eigen team in Venray. Jouw uitdaging als Software Engineer PLC/SCADA Als Software Engineer ontwerp en ontwikkel je PLC- en HMI-software voor machines en procesinstallaties. Denk aan een wortelschilmachine, aardappelvlokkenlijn, biogasinstallatie, oliepijpleiding of crossbelt sorter. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende fasen van het project. Je bespreekt de wensen van de klant, denkt mee over de technische oplossing en vertaalt deze naar goed werkende software. Vervolgens test je de software en stel je deze op locatie in bedrijf. Daardoor zie je direct wat jouw werk oplevert. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van PLC- en HMI-software Vertalen van klantvragen naar praktische softwareoplossingen Opstellen en bespreken van functionele documentatie Testen en in bedrijf stellen van software Adviseren over technische mogelijkheden en verbeteringen Bijdragen aan het standaardisatieteam Verder ontwikkelen van de Brainpact-standaard Vertegenwoordigen van Brainpact bij klanten en projectpartners Omdat we projectmatig werken en maatwerk leveren, krijg je een kijkje bij verschillende bedrijven en branches. De lijnen zijn kort en collega’s zoeken elkaar makkelijk op om te overleggen en kennis te delen. Je werkt samen met engineers met verschillende achtergronden en ervaringsniveaus. Er is ruimte om van elkaar te leren, initiatief te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jouw eigen bijdrage te leveren aan projecten. Met onze expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA en MES vertalen we complexe automatiseringsvraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen die passen bij de processen van onze klanten. Vanuit Venray werken we met een hecht team van ongeveer 25 technische specialisten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Sinds 2019 zijn we onderdeel van Unica Industry Solutions, waardoor we de slagkracht van een grote technische organisatie combineren met de korte lijnen en betrokkenheid van een compact team.
