Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Leeuwarden werk je aan industriële automatisering met een duidelijke focus op zuivelprocessen. Je vertaalt procesvragen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen en verzorgt de implementatie, het testen en eventueel de inbedrijfstelling op locatie in Nederland of daarbuiten. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van besturingen voor industriële processen, met nadruk op zuivel - Opstellen van functionele en technische ontwerpen - Programmeren en implementeren van PLC-software met Siemens of Rockwell - Realiseren en testen van systemen en applicaties met PLC/SCADA en/of DCS - Eventueel inbedrijfstellen van systemen bij opdrachtgevers in Nederland en het buitenland - Zelfstandig en in teamverband uitvoeren van automatiseringsprojecten Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of universitaire opleiding in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of besturingstechniek - Ervaring met proces- of productieautomatisering met PLC/SCADA en/of DCS, bij voorkeur in de zuivelindustrie - Ervaring met PLC-programmering met Siemens en/of Rockwell - Affiniteit met MES-applicaties, databases en netwerken - Ervaring met pasteurs, thermiseurs, ontromers/bactofuges, wrongelbereiding, tankenparken, filtratie-units of CIP-installaties is een pré - Je werkt planmatig, houdt overzicht en stelt prioriteiten, ook als het druk is - Je communiceert helder, mondeling en schriftelijk, en vertaalt technische ontwikkelingen naar praktische toepassingen Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Een detavastconstructie - De mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen bij grote industriële opdrachtgevers - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
