In deze rol ben je betrokken bij het programmeren, testen en in bedrijf stellen van geautomatiseerde systemen . Je werkt aan maatwerkoplossingen die wereldwijd worden toegepast en stemt jouw technische keuzes af op de specifieke wensen en eisen van klanten. Door jouw expertise draag je direct bij aan de ontwikkeling van betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige machines. Functie omschrijving Als Software Engineer Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren, uitbreiden en opnieuw in bedrijf stellen van bestaande machines en productielijnen. Je analyseert klantvraagstukken en bepaalt samen met mechanical- en hardware engineers of de oplossing softwarematig, mechanisch of gecombineerd is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van PLC-besturingssoftware voor high-speed motion toepassingen met servomotoren; - Werken met industriële besturingsplatformen (PLC/IPC) inclusief motion control; - Configureren en ontwikkelen van HMI's binnen een Visual Studio omgeving; - Testen en valideren van software tijdens de montagefase in de werkplaats; - Uitvoeren van IO-checks, opstarten van machines en begeleiden van proefdraaiingen; - Inbedrijfstellen (commissioning) van machines en productielijnen bij klanten; - Internationaal verblijf voor commissioning-trajecten (gemiddeld tot twee aaneengesloten weken); - In overleg combineren van software- en hardware engineering werkzaamheden.
