Wil jij machines tot leven brengen met slimme besturingssoftware? Als Software Engineer ontwikkel en test je PLC-software voor klantgerichte machines en modules. Je werkt aan uitdagende automatiseringsprojecten, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ziet jouw software uiteindelijk in de praktijk werken. Wat ga je doen?Je ontwerpt, programmeert en optimaliseert besturingssoftware voor machines en modules van onze opdrachtgever. Daarbij werk je onder andere met PLC-systemen, Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. Je vertaalt technische eisen en klantwensen naar slimme software die machines betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt laat werken. Tijdens een project ben je betrokken bij verschillende fases. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten, past bestaande software aan en voert samen met elektromonteurs I/O-tests uit. Vervolgens test en debug je de software totdat alles volgens de afgesproken specificaties functioneert. Ook zie je jouw werk daadwerkelijk in actie. Je stelt machines en modules intern in bedrijf en gaat wanneer nodig naar klanten om installaties op locatie op te starten. Bij eenvoudige projecten pak je zelfstandig de besturing op. Bij grotere projecten werk je nauw samen met de projectleider en andere technische specialisten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-software voor machines en modules; - Ontwikkelen en toevoegen van nieuwe softwarefunctionaliteiten; - Opsporen en oplossen van storingen in bestaande softwaremodules; - Uitvoeren van I/O-tests samen met een elektromonteur; - Testen en debuggen van besturingssoftware volgens de projectspecificaties; - In bedrijf stellen van machines en modules, intern en bij klanten; - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van eenvoudige besturingsprojecten en samenwerken met de projectleider.
