De organisatie ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een platform dat het hart van de bedrijfsvoering vormt en richt zich op het verbeteren van de klantbeleving, orderverwerking en integraties met externe leveranciers. Binnen de organisatie werken meerdere scrumteams die samenwerken aan zowel lange termijn oplossingen als kortlopende features en optimalisaties. De teams bestaan uit meer dan 30 collega developers en werken verspreid over meerdere locaties, waarbij er regelmatig samengewerkt wordt met collega’s in andere landen. In Deventer bevindt zich een belangrijke locatie voor ontwikkeling en kennisdeling waar teams elkaar treffen voor overleg en gezamenlijke sessies. De organisatie hecht waarde aan datagedreven besluitvorming en stimuleert experimenten zoals A-B-testen en het monitoren van gebruikersgedrag om processen te verbeteren. - Je ontwikkelt server-side services in Node.js en Typescript binnen een microservices-architectuur

- Als Software Ingenieur bouw je front-end features met React en Gatsby JS

- Je werkt in een scrumteam en neemt deel aan planning, refinement en code reviews

- Als Software Ingenieur schrijf je end-to-end tests met Cypress en zorg je voor kwaliteit en continuous delivery via CI/CD

- Je monitort productprestaties, voert A-B-testen uit en gebruikt data om verbeteringen door te voeren
