Aktuell suchen wir 1 Software Integrator - Core Bot Solutions (m/w/d)

#yourmission

* Du stellst sicher, dass neue Features nicht nur entwickelt, sondern vor dem nächsten Prozessschritt auch funktionsfähig integriert sind.

* Du integrierst abgeschlossene Entwicklungen in den Dev-Integrations-Branch und prüfst Implementierung, Konfiguration und Dokumentation auf Vollständigkeit.

* Du stellst durch strukturierte Inbetriebnahme und Smoke-Checks sicher, dass die QA mit einem stabilen und lauffähigen Stand starten kann.

* Du erkennst Lücken, Unstimmigkeiten oder fehlende Konfigurationen frühzeitig und gibst konstruktives Feedback an die Entwicklung.

* Du stabilisierst das Produkt über den definierten Bug- und Issue-Prozess in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Architektur.

* Du testest Features frühzeitig während der Entwicklung und leitest Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung ab.

* Du verbesserst Integrationsprozesse kontinuierlich und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Übergang in die QA.

* Du arbeitest eng mit Entwickler:innen, QA und Lead Development zusammen und bist eine zentrale Schnittstelle im Prozess.

* Mit Sorgfalt, Neugier und Teamgeist trägst du zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Entwicklungsprozesses bei.

* Du bringst eine fundierte technische Ausbildung (TU, FH oder HTL) mit - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Softwareengineering oder einer verwandten technischen Disziplin.

* Du hast ein solides Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, Versionsverwaltung (Git, Branching-Strategien, Pull Requests) und CI/CD-Prozesse.

* Du kannst Codes lesen, nachvollziehen und technische Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen - auch wenn du selbst nicht primär entwickelst.

* Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Qualität und Vollständigkeit - du weißt, wann ein Feature wirklich fertig ist und wann noch etwas fehlt.

* Erfahrung mit Systemkonfiguration, Integrationsumgebungen oder Smoke-Testing ist ein klares Plus.

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig - auch wenn mehrere Features parallel in die Integration laufen.

* Du sprichst sehr gut Englisch und kommunizierst Befunde klar, konstruktiv und lösungsorientiert - sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

* Kreativität, Flexibilität und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus - du siehst dich als aktiven Teil des Gesamterfolgs.
