No: 551335 Location: Amstelveen, NL De Software Metrics Officer is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, opleveren en optimaliseren van rapportagekaders die bruikbare inzichten bieden voor software-engineeringprojecten, programma's en diensten binnen de scope van AMS. Deze rol zorgt voor nauwkeurige gegevensverzameling, analyse en rapportage om de prestaties van teams en/of projecten, trends, compliance, risico's rondom technologische veroudering en kostenoptimalisatie te monitoren. Door samen te werken met multidisciplinaire teams stimuleert deze functie datagedreven besluitvorming en continue verbetering van de inzetbaarheid van medewerkers en softwareontwikkelingsprocessen. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden Ontwikkeling van rapportages en analyses - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van dashboards en rapportages die inzicht bieden in levenscyclusfasen, inzetbaarheid (utilization), kosten en compliance. - Ontwikkelen van maatwerkrapportages en analysetoepassingen om de gezondheid, prestaties en levenscyclusstatus van applicaties en assets binnen projecten, programma's en diensten te monitoren. - Zorgdragen voor consistente rapportageformats en standaarden voor zowel traditionele als Agile werkwijzen, in lijn met de organisatiedoelstellingen. Implementatie van metrics en KPI's - Definiëren, monitoren en rapporteren van Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), waaronder kosten-efficiëntie, compliancepercentages, levenscyclusmijlpalen en benuttingsgraden. - Analyseren van trends in ontwikkeling en beheer om risico's, kansen en inefficiënties te identificeren. - Ontwikkelen van voorspellende modellen voor capaciteitsbehoeften, prognoses en levenscyclusplanning.
