Elia is de beheerder van het Belgische hoogspanningsnet van 380 kV tot 30 kV. Elia staat in voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van dit net, maakt het toegankelijk voor de gebruikers en regelt de energiestromen. De Elia groep heeft een team van 2000 professionals die als opdracht hebben de continuïteit van de elektriciteitsbevoorrading in België en een deel van Duitsland te waarborgen. Als eigenaar en beheerder van de transmissienetten in België en Duitsland heeft Elia een belangrijke rol en opdracht in het ondersteunen en concretiseren van het Europees energie- en klimaatbeleid.

De functie

Als Software Solution Specialist ben je het technische aanspreekpunt binnen het Asset Product Team. Je vormt de brug tussen de behoeften van de business en de juiste technologie. Je staat in voor het ontwerp, de integratie, het onderhoud en de continue verbetering van softwareoplossingen, zowel op maat ontwikkelde toepassingen als commerciële oplossingen.

Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Solution Architects, ontwikkelaars, testers, Scrum Masters, leveranciers en businessstakeholders. Samen zorgen jullie voor schaalbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige oplossingen die aansluiten bij de architectuurstandaarden en doelstellingen van de onderneming.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je neemt de rol van technisch aanspreekpunt op binnen het Product Team en bent verantwoordelijk voor alle technische aspecten van de productlevenscyclus.
  • Je challenget, valideert en vertaalt de noden van de business naar functionele en technische specificaties.
  • Je draagt bij aan de architectuur van oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de technische oplossingen voldoen aan de functionele en niet-functionele vereisten, met respect voor de interne standaarden op het vlak van IT, beveiliging en technologie.
  • Je coördineert de interacties met interne functionele en technische platformen, zowel tijdens de realisatie- als de exploitatiefase.
  • Je brengt technische expertise in over softwarecomponenten en adviseert over technologische keuzes, de benodigde resources en IT-budgetramingen.
  • Je stuurt de ontwikkeling, de uitrol en de operationele ondersteuning aan van op maat ontwikkelde oplossingen, voornamelijk op basis van Microsoft-technologieën zoals .NET.
  • Je beheert de integratie en aanpassing van off-the-shelfsoftware (OTS) binnen het bredere IT-ecosysteem van Elia.
  • Je voert fit-gapanalyses uit en draagt bij aan technische evaluaties, RFI (Request for Information)/RFP (Request for Proposal)-processen en activiteiten rond softwareselectie.
  • Je ondersteunt het beheer van incidenten, problemen en onderhoud door leveranciers en SLA (Service Level Agreement)/KPI (Key Performance Indicator)-prestaties nauwgezet op te volgen en door kansen voor continue verbetering te identificeren.
  • Samen met de Product Owner help je de productroadmaps vorm te geven, leveranciers op te volgen, licenties te bespreken en SLA's vast te leggen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatietechnologie, informatica of engineering, of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ervaring in de elektriciteitssector is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met softwareontwikkeling, software-integratie en/of het beheer van softwareoplossingen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van bedrijfssoftware, bij voorkeur in een context van assetmanagement of beheer van netassets.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft-technologieën zoals .NET, Visual Studio en SQL Server.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met moderne cloudtechnologieën, waaronder Microsoft Azure, containertechnologieën (bijvoorbeeld Docker), Kubernetes en cloud-native architecturen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met fit-gapanalyses, het in kaart brengen van noden en softwareselectieprocessen.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van softwarearchitectuur, beveiligingsstandaarden, compliancevereisten en de processen rond IT-servicemanagement.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden met heldere communicatie en doeltreffend stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je werkt graag samen in multidisciplinaire teams en communiceert vlot met zowel business- als technische profielen.
  • Je bent proactief, werkt zelfstandig, denkt klantgericht en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je beheerst het Frans en/of het Nederlands en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels.
