In de rol van Software Support medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor (inter)nationale klanten. Je behandelt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en het ticketsysteem en begeleidt gebruikers in het optimaal benutten van het Cloudplatform. Je lost standaardproblemen zelfstandig op en schakelt bij complexere vragen de hulp van collega's in.
