(deze job wordt met 32 tot 40 uren per week ingevuld) Functie omschrijving Als Software Support Medewerker Bouwystemen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je staat klanten te woord en probeert hen te voorzien van passende adviezen en oplossingen. Je toont empathie en een goed inlevingsvermogen en je probeert samen met de klant en collega's een passende oplossing te vinden, want: samen weet je meer dan alleen! Je verzamelt zoveel mogelijk gegevens zodat processen geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden en er verbeterprocessen in gang kunnen worden gezet. Daarnaast neem je deel aan teammeetings en proberen jullie samen te bouwen aan het versterken van de klantrelaties en de verdere groei van de organisatie. Locatie Den Bosch Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als via het systeem. Jij bent servicegericht en enthousiast en helpt de klant met een oplossing.
