As a Software Tech Lead, you are responsible for the day-to-day technical leadership and direction of a software team. You create clarity, facilitate effective collaboration, and ensure the team delivers high-quality software within agreed timelines and objectives. You identify risks and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions when necessary. You actively contribute to technical work and act as the link between the team, the Development Center Manager, and the customer.
