Als Medior/Senior Software Test Engineer bij Thinkwise speel je een sleutelrol in de kwaliteit van het Thinkwise Platform: ons AI-powered, model-driven ontwikkelplatform waarmee organisaties hun bedrijfskritische software bouwen en moderniseren. Je werkt aan geautomatiseerde tests op basis van Playwright en ons eigen testframework Testwise. Daarmee help je onze teams om sneller, slimmer en betrouwbaarder te releasen. Binnen het Quality Assurance team ben jij een kwaliteitsbewaker én aanjager van verbetering: je denkt mee over teststrategie, stelt kritische vragen en helpt collega's om kwaliteit structureel onderdeel te maken van het ontwikkelproces. Een rol voor een medior of senior test engineer die technische diepgang meebrengt, verantwoordelijkheid pakt en energie krijgt van software die écht goed moet werken. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwerpt, bouwt en onderhoudt geautomatiseerde testsuites voor onderdelen van het Thinkwise Platform, zoals de Universal GUI, Indicium en de Software Factory. - Je denkt mee over teststrategie en helpt onze QA-aanpak verder te professionaliseren. - Je voert geautomatiseerde en waar nodig handmatige of exploratieve tests uit. - Je analyseert testresultaten, onderzoekt bevindingen en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties. - Je signaleert risico's vroegtijdig en communiceert helder met developers en solution architects. - Je werkt nauw samen met developers, UI/UX designers, testers en solution architects binnen de Scrum-teams van Product Innovation. - Je deelt kennis met collega's en helpt minder ervaren teamleden groeien in testautomatisering en kwaliteitsdenken. - Je stelt kritische vragen over onze aanpak en...
