Wir, die Delegate-Group, sind ein Unternehmen mit über 80 Mitarbeiter:innen und gehören zu den weltweiten Marktführern für Softwarelösungen, Dienstleistungen und Consulting in den Bereichen der professionellen Gastronomie, Catering und Healthcare Segment.

Aktuell suchen wir: 1 Software Test Engineer & Documentation Writer (w/m/d)

Als Teil unseres QA-Teams gestaltest du die Qualitätssicherung unserer Softwarelösungen aktiv mit. Du entwickelst, analysierst und dokumentierst Softwaretests über unsere gesamte Produktpalette hinweg. Aktuell testen wir noch überwiegend manuell - mit deiner Unterstützung wollen wir jedoch den Quality Asssurance Bereich strategisch und strukturiert erweitern.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwickler:innen, dem Produktmanagement und anderen QA-Kolleg:innen erstellst und pflegst du Testfälle in Jira, wertest Ergebnisse aus, dokumentierst Fehlerberichte.

Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei der Erstellung benutzerfreundlicher Produktdokumentationen (Online-Hilfe, Handbücher etc.), die unsere Kund:innen optimal durch die Software begleiten.

WAS BRAUCHST DU FÜR DEINE MISSION?

MUST HAVES:

* Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (Scrum oder Kanban)

* Grundkenntnisse in SQL/Oracle und Datenbankabfragen

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit .NET-basierten Applikationen und Webservices

* Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen, idealerweise mit Blick auf testbare und wartbare Systeme

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise & Entscheidungsfreude

* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Eigenverantwortung

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Motivation und Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität

NICE TO HAVE:

* ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level Grundkenntnisse in DevOps-Praktiken und Containerisierung (z. B. Docker)

* Erfahrung im Testen von mobilen Anwendungen (Android & iOS)

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Warenwirtschaft (Food & Beverage) oder Gastronomie

* Erfahrung mit Microservices-Architekturen
