Elektrotechnik SPS C#/.NET Siemens Beckhoff KI

Automatisierung trifft Softwareentwicklung: Entwicklung intelligenter Lösungen an der Schnittstelle von Elektrotechnik, SPS und C#/.NET. Im Fokus stehen die Weiterentwicklung unseres Leitstands, moderne Steuerungssysteme und zukünftige KI-Anwendungen.

Das Brutto-Gehalt liegt von € 2.670,- bis € 4.500,- je nach Qualifikation. Das genaue Gehalt wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.

Das sind die Herausforderungen bei uns

* Weiterentwicklung unserer Automatisierungs- und Steuerungslösungen für Extrusionsanlagen

* Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von SPS-Systemen, insbesondere Siemens und Beckhoff

* Entwicklung eigener Softwarelösungen und Funktionen mit C# und .NET - über die klassische SPS-Programmierung und Anwendung bestehender Funktionsbausteine hinaus

* Weiterentwicklung unseres zentralen Leitstands zur Steuerung, Überwachung und Auswertung unserer Produktionsanlagen

* Verbindung von Maschinensteuerung, Produktionsdaten und übergeordneten Softwaresystemen

* Entwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen SPS, Datenbanken und Softwareanwendungen

* Erfassung, Verarbeitung und strukturierte Nutzung von Maschinen- und Prozessdaten

* Mitarbeit bei der Integration und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Anwendungen im Produktionsumfeld

* Analyse bestehender Systeme sowie Entwicklung neuer Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungslösungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektrotechnik, Konstruktion, Verfahrenstechnik und Softwareentwicklung

Was du mit bringst:

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung, insbesondere mit Siemens und/oder Beckhoff

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Hochsprachenprogrammierung, insbesondere C# und .NET

* Gutes Verständnis für Elektrotechnik, Maschinensteuerungen und industrielle Automatisierung

* Erfahrung in der Verbindung von SPS- und Hochsprachenprogrammierung

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken und industriellen Kommunikationsschnittstellen von Vorteil

* Interesse an KI, Digitalisierung und datengetriebener Produktion

* Selbstständige, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Was die Position besonders macht

* Gesucht wird kein reiner SPS-Programmierer und kein klassischer Anwendungsentwickler. Die Position verbindet Elektrotechnik und industrielle Automatisierung mit moderner Softwareentwicklung.

* Im Mittelpunkt steht die Weiterentwicklung unserer Maschinensteuerungen und unseres zentralen Leitstands. Dafür braucht es Verständnis für die Maschine und SPS-Technik ebenso wie fundierte Kenntnisse in C#/.NET.

* Perspektivisch sollen zudem KI-gestützte Funktionen stärker in unsere Produktions- und Automatisierungslösungen integriert werden.

Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg_innen und den technischen Fachbereichen zusammen - praxisnah, eigenverantwortlich und auf Augenhöhe. Dabei entwickelst du Softwarelösungen, die nicht irgendwo im Hintergrund laufen, sondern unmittelbar in unseren Maschinen und Produktionsprozessen zum Einsatz kommen.
